Les routes sont encore caboss\u00e9es, de nouvelles \u00e9quipes cyclistes se reforment, mais l&rsquo;esprit est l\u00e0 : faire revivre l\u2019\u00e9pop\u00e9e populaire de la grande boucle. Parmi les visages connus (Ren\u00e9 Vietto, Jean Robic, \u00c9douard Fachleitner, Pierre Brambilla, Aldo Ronconi, Raymond Impanis, Ferdinand K\u00fcbler) et les maillots nationaux et r\u00e9gionaux, un nouveau protagoniste fait son apparition.
